Certain policies and limitations may be placed on displays and releases  to assure the humane treatment of the ceremonial pigeons and doves used by the services listed.

Please make sure that you understand the policies and limitations established by the service you contact. For example releases may be canceled because of weather conditions including high winds, rain, and so forth.

Night Time Releases: Although the pigeons used in ceremonial releases have been especially trained to return to their "homes", most services do not release them at dusk nor night time. Please make sure that you ask about this.

Indoor Releases May Not Be Possible: Although pigeons are very smart birds indoor releases can result in their harm.
